It was a way of life...

an art form...

a memory...

and a reason to slow down and come together....

 

Gelato meant laughter with friends, time with family, and sharing simple moments of joy.

Benilato was created to bring that same feeling to the Northern Rivers community. We pour the passion, tradition, and love for food that we grew up with in Italy into every scoop, sharing it here in this special little corner of Australia.

Because gelato isn’t just about delicious flavour and top-tier craftsmanship - it’s about connection, memories, and happiness.​​
